Our client, a farmer in Manawatu, had been advised by his fuel supplier that his tripod tank no longer complied with current safety standards. Faced with the threat of fuel delivery suspension, they sought our advice on a suitable replacement.
Because they needed to store multiple fuel types, we recommended the purchase of a split compartment tank. This meant they could safely store both petrol and diesel in one on-farm location.
Within a single week from receipt of order we supplied a gravity-fed, aboveground 1900L tank incorporating a split 1300L diesel / 600L petrol combination.
